How do I make reservations
•) All rates are inclusive of tax and service charge, with American breakfast for 2 person
•) All Rates are subject to changed without prior notice
•) Check-in : 14.00 hrs
•) Check-out : 12.00 noon
•) Late check-out is subject to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out between 15.00-18.00hrs will be charged at 50% of full daily rate. After 18.00hrs will be charged at full daily rate unless specified otherwise by hotel in writing
•) Extra bed will be charged at USD 35-nett/night incl. Breakfast
•) Major credit cards accept: Visa Card & Master Card
Children policy :
•) Baby cot service available with free of charge (subject to availability)
•) One child under 12 sharing with parents is free of charge including ABF
•) In Deluxe room maximum accommodate for 2A+2C with rollaway bed . One Child free of charge and one child will be charge USD 35 including ABF
•) In Suite room maximum accommodate 2A+3C , one child under 12 is free of charge and 2 children charge USD 35/person including ABF and rollaway bed.
Term of payment :
•) All season hotel often requests only credit card detail to secure confirm reservation.
•) The payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel either cash or credit card. Or
•) One night deposit required by credit card for guarantee booking
Group Booking
A deposit for 50% of total rooms charged is required 15 - 30 days prior to arrival or option date advice upon confirmation. Final payment by cash or credit card will be settled upon arrival.
Cancellation policy :
•)In order to avoid no-show billing, cancellation should be made 72 hours before date of arrival.
•)A written notice of cancellation must be made and received by the hotel at least 72 hours in advance to the guest's arrival schedule
•) No Show Charge, 1 night of room rate (deposit is non refundable)
